Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Staffing Specialist, located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The Staffing Specialist will focus on recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs. They will manage and maintain client relationships, handle staffing services, and provide exceptional customer service support. Responsibilities also include supporting sales efforts by identifying staffing opportunities and contributing to the company's growth and success.
Qualifications
Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Staffing Services, including the ability to identify, attract, and onboard qualified candidates for a variety of roles
Strong Customer Service skills with demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
Experience in Sales and a proven ability to identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively work with diverse clients and candidates
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area
Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Prior experience in workforce management or the staffing industry is a plus
