Overview We are seeking an experienced Skilled Trades Recruiter to source and hire top manufacturing, industrial, and mechanical talent.
This is a fast paced environment with high volume in calls. Candidates must be comfortable making inbound and outbound calls daily. Minimum of 75 -100+ recruiting calls are being made in our office daily. Candidates with a background in skilled trades, manufacturing or and industrial setting are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Source and recruit skilled-trade candidates using job boards, networking, social media, and community partners.
Screen candidates for experience, technical skills, certifications, and cultural fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
Qualifications
Eager, Self Starter
Organized
Background in Manufacturing / Industrial is a plus
