This is a full-time role focused on building and supporting the company’s most important asset—its people. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle while also ensuring employee well-being, engagement, and retention. The role combines hands‑on hiring with day‑to‑day HR responsibilities, requiring someone who is both people‑oriented and execution‑driven. You will work closely with leadership to scale the team, create a strong culture, and ensure employees feel supported, motivated, and set up for success. Key Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies Coordinate and manage interview processes end‑to‑end Deliver an excellent candidate experience Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires Act as the main point of contact for employee‑related matters Continuously improve employee experience and engagement Monitor employee satisfaction and proactively address concerns Develop and implement initiatives to improve well‑being and morale Support managers in handling employee challenges and feedback Help build a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance culture Maintain employee records and HR documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives Assist with HR policies, procedures, and internal communication Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple roles and hiring processes simultaneously High level of ownership and execution mindset Ability to build trust and strong relationships across the organization Strong organizational and multitasking skills Familiarity with U.S. employment practices and labor laws – advantage Experience in a startup or fast‑paced environment – advantage
