Deliverables
Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars tailored to hospitality clients
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn)
Design and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with PR, influencer, and event management teams to ensure cohesive messaging
Manage Meta Ads campaigns, optimizing for reach and ROI
Stay updated on hospitality and social media trends to inform content and strategy
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the hospitality sector
Strong portfolio of social content creation and campaign management
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and social analytics platforms
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Ability to work hybrid in Dallas (on-site and remote)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PR, influencer, event management)
Up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices and hospitality industry trends
