About the Role: Join our team as a Remote Vacation Consultant, supporting clients by organizing personalized vacation plans and coordinating booking details in a remote environment. In this role, you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for upcoming vacations by helping organize itinerary elements, coordinating reservations, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are clearly documented and easy to follow. Your primary focus will be maintaining organization, clarity, and accuracy while helping clients move through the planning process with confidence.

As a Remote Vacation Consultant, you will assist clients with reviewing destination options, coordinating accommodations, and organizing activities that align with their preferences and schedules. Many vacations involve multiple reservations and timeline considerations, so attention to detail and the ability to manage planning workflows efficiently are essential. You will help ensure that reservations are accurate, confirmations are properly documented, and itinerary components are aligned within a clear and organized schedule.

Communication plays an important role in this position. You will assist with gathering planning details, organizing updates, and ensuring that all vacation information is clearly communicated throughout the process. You will also help monitor timelines, track outstanding items, and maintain organized planning systems so that each vacation plan remains structured and easy to manage.

This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy organization, client communication, and coordinating detailed plans. Training is provided to ensure familiarity with systems, planning tools, and coordination processes used to support vacation planning.
