Salesforce Product Owner/Manager

Location – Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days/week) Duration – long term contract Max Pay rate - $64-65/hr. on w2 At client, you will be part of a purpose-driven community building scalable, high-impact solutions for our global seller organization.

Within the B2C seller solutions team, you will own a defined product domain within our Salesforce-based seller CRM. This role is accountable for shaping direction, driving prioritization with stakeholders, and delivering measurable business impact. We are looking for a product owner who can bring clarity and structure to complex problems and translate strategy into scalable product solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and global teams to define what should be built — and why — ensuring our CRM enables seller-facing teams to operate efficiently and drive seller growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve a product domain within Salesforce CRM, setting clear direction aligned to business priorities

Lead roadmap prioritization discussions with stakeholders, making trade-offs based on impact, scalability, and long-term value

Translate strategic priorities into a structured, outcome-driven backlog

Write high-quality user stories and define functional requirements to support scalable solution design

Partner closely with developers, QA, and architects through discovery, design, build, release, and lifecycle management

Challenge assumptions and proactively shape solutions rather than only capturing requirements

Drive alignment across global, cross-functional stakeholders

Ensure product health, adoption, and continuous improvement

3+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager in enterprise environments, ideally within ecommerce or marketplace organizations

Demonstrated ownership of roadmap prioritization and stakeholder alignment — not limited to requirements documentation

Strong experience writing user stories and managing agile delivery

Ability to influence stakeholders and make impact-based trade-off decisions

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities

Excellent communication skills and experience working across global, cross-functional teams
