GARNEY CONSTRUCTION Garney is seeking a

Creative (Graphic) Designer

to join our dynamic creative team who understands the value of great ideas and possesses the skills to bring those ideas to life. You will be part of a growing creative team designing a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, be proactive in developing innovative ways to promote brand awareness, and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Concept, create, and coordinate design and production for a wide range of projects including proposal covers and graphics, strategic ads, brochures, logos, signage, posters, t-shirts, digital assets, etc

Work with marketing and pursuit teams in understanding work acquisition needs to deliver graphics, custom templates, and digital presentation assets for proposals and interviews

Support the company with visual communication needs

Develop graphic theme and concepts for large internal events.

Assist in creating and upholding company brand standards

Assist with capturing and editing photography/videography of construction worksites and employee-owners

Photo enhancement and editing

Coordinate external resources for proposals and additional projects

Ability to apply the creative process to multiple disciplines

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in visual communication, graphic design, digital media design, or related field

2-4 years of professional graphic design experience

Mac proficient and Adobe Creative Suite expert

Experience with Microsoft Office

3D design experience

Strong portfolio of work exhibiting a high level of design in layout, composition, typography and color usage

Proficient in executing ideas and vision - both one's own and the ideas of others

Knowledge of pre-press and printing standards through a variety of methods
