Automotive Service Advisor – Harbor Chevrolet Dealership
Location: Long Beach, CA Job Type: Full-Time About Us
We are a growing Chevrolet dealership in Long Beach, currently under construction and expanding, creating excellent opportunities for career advancement. We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping customers. Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns Review and communicate digital multi point inspection findings Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding repair status Handle warranty claims, estimates, and invoicing Complete required GM/Chevrolet factory training Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (GM/Chevrolet a plus) Strong customer service mindset and a servant’s attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiar with digital multipoint inspections Team-oriented with a professional demeanor Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to complete all manufacturer training requirements What We Offer
