Job Title: Paid Media Specialist - AD agency

Location: Long Island City, Queens, NY (4 days onsite, 1 day hybrid)

Experience Required: 2–4 years

We are hiring a Paid Media Manager for a leading digital marketing agency based in Long Island City, Queens. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong hands‑on experience in either paid social or paid search, along with the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Candidates must have experience working with at least one consumer goods client. The client is open to training on the secondary channel (paid social or paid search).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of cross‑functional digital marketing strategists

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, display, and email

Work closely across platforms to understand campaign performance and drive results

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery against business goals

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement digital strategies

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness

Continuously improve internal processes to enhance team productivity and outcomes

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in paid media (paid social or paid search)

Hands‑on experience running campaigns on Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads Manager (minimum 2 years)

Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred

Experience handling consumer goods clients is mandatory

Strong understanding of multi‑channel digital marketing (social, search, display, email)

Proven experience managing or mentoring teams

Excellent client management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
