Job Overview Azazie is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Experiential Marketing & Showroom Manager to bring our brand to life through immersive experiences while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our showroom. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness and cultural relevance through high-impact events, influencer engagement, and seamless showroom execution.

Blending big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, this individual will lead the development and execution of experiential marketing initiatives—including VIP events, influencer activations, and community-driven experiences—while also managing showroom operations, talent relationships, and PR/influencer activities within the space. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong pulse on culture, and is passionate about creating meaningful brand moments both physically and socially.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and execute a comprehensive experiential marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals

Conceptualize innovative, culturally relevant activations that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion

Identify opportunities for partnerships, cultural moments, and market expansion

Lead end-to-end execution of brand events, including VIP events, editorial activations, influencer gatherings, and partnership activation events

Oversee budgets, timelines, vendor sourcing, and production logistics

Direct creative execution, including event design, programming, and run‑of‑show

Analyze post‑event performance (attendance, impressions, social reach, ROI) and ensure monthly KPIs are met

Showroom Management & Operations

Oversee and manage all showroom activities to ensure a seamless, organized, and elevated environment

Own showroom calendar management, including appointments, fittings, pulls, and internal scheduling across PR, influencer, and social teams

Maintain showroom presentation to reflect brand standards at all times

Lead in‑showroom activations, including VIP days, influencer styling sessions, and community events

Manage showroom inventory, including PR samples and gifting items—tracking, organization, replenishment, and seasonal rotations

Partner cross‑functionally with merchandising and operations teams to ensure product availability and presentation

PR, Influencer & Talent Relations

Collaborate closely with PR and Influencer teams to drive earned media and organic social amplification through all activations

Support influencer seeding, gifting strategies, and experiential moments tied to campaigns and events

Coordinate VIP services and curate best‑in‑class experiences for high‑profile guests and clients

Source and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and creative collaborators

Work cross‑functionally with PR, social, influencer, merchandising, and partnerships teams to align on brand initiatives

Develop and manage timelines to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and at a high standard

Create detailed event recaps and reporting to inform future strategies

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, PR, styling, showroom management, or event production (fashion or DTC preferred)

Proven track record of executing high‑quality, visually compelling brand activations and events

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Experience managing showroom operations, inventory, and PR/influencer activities

Deep understanding of influencer marketing, PR, and cultural trends

Strong network or ability to build relationships with VIP, entertainment, and influencer communities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; polished and highly collaborative

Highly detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Ability to work both independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in developing creative assets, including lookbooks, event decks, and light graphic design (e.g., presentations, invitations, etc.)

Willingness to travel as needed
