Senior Designer (Freelance) - Hybrid in Atlanta, 40 hours/week
This is a hybrid role, onsite
2-3 days per week
in Atlanta near the airport.
Responsibilities
Produce a wide range of creative assets based on project briefs, including:
Digital:
OOH displays, social graphics, email headers, promotional placements
Print:
Event collateral, signage, branded merchandise, sponsorship materials
Support the development of campaign-specific look-and-feel systems that align with the broader brand platform
Design compelling presentations to showcase and sell creative concepts
Edit, retouch, resize, and version assets across multiple channels
Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Creative Leadership, and project teams
Contribute to team culture, creative discussions, and ongoing refinement of visual standards
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a design-focused role
A strong, shareable portfolio demonstrating brand design, campaign systems, and concept development
Mastery of layout, typography, grids, color, and contemporary design aesthetics
Highly proficient in
Adobe Creative Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
After Effects and Figma experience are a plus
Strong presentation design skills and the ability to communicate visual storytelling clearly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
Positive, solutions-oriented approach-even with tight timelines and multiple revision rounds
Motion design or environmental storytelling experience is a bonus
