Circadia Flooring (formerly Image Flooring) is a commercial flooring contractor dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality service and installation of all types of commercial floor-covering.
Circadia Flooring is hiring an Account Manager to drive General Contractor sales in the KC market. This role is ideal for someone who has thorough understanding of commercial flooring and/or the construction industry.
Bidding & Preconstruction
Attend pre-bid walkthroughs
Coordinate with estimator on project details
Able to read and comprehend plans, specs, etc.
Create and present proposals
Follow up and revise bids to win work
Project Execution
Review awarded jobs before handoff to project management team
Manage submittals and sample approvals
Create and track change orders
Industry & Relationship Management
Maintain strong vendor relationships
Support leads across affiliated companies
Attend vendor & network training
What We're Looking For
Experience in commercial flooring, construction, or related field
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Compensation
Base salary + commission/bonus based on gross profit
