
Continuous Improvement Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a CI Manager to join their team. As a CI Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong facilitation skills, and a data-driven mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
Lead the deployment, execution, and sustainment of Operational Excellence initiatives across the plant.
Coach teams, oversee CI workstreams, and drive daily issue resolution to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
Facilitate Kaizen events and deploy Lean/CI tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Utilize data and Gemba insights to conduct structured loss analysis and teach problem‑solving methodologies such as RCA, A3, 5‑Why, Fishbone, PDCA, and DMAIC.
Develop and implement clear plans for CI projects, track progress, and validate cost savings with cross‑functional partners.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
5–10 years of manufacturing experience with 3–5 years leading TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma initiatives.
2+ years of leadership or people‑management experience.
Proven track record of delivering measurable CI results with financial impact.
Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills at all organizational levels.

What's the Job?
