Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Garfield, NJ, for a Parts Counter Representative. The selected candidate will assist customers at the parts counter, address inquiries, provide product recommendations, and efficiently handle sales transactions. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving of orders, and maintaining effective communication with team members and customers to deliver exceptional service. Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond to customer needs effectively Experience in Sales, with a strong understanding of automotive and industrial parts Proficiency in Inventory Control and ability to maintain accurate stock levels Experience in Shipping & Receiving processes Knowledge or experience in the automotive, industrial, or related industries is a strong advantage Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate problem‑solving skills High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
