Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant to help local businesses find the right Ford commercial vehicles for their operations. This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with business owners, fleet managers, and organizations that rely on work-ready trucks and vans.

What You’ll Do
Build relationships with local businesses, contractors, municipalities, and fleet accounts
Prospect new commercial clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
Assist customers in selecting the right commercial vehicles including Ford Transit vans, Super Duty trucks, and chassis cab builds
Coordinate with upfitters to deliver work-ready vehicles tailored to business needs
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts
Stay knowledgeable on Ford commercial products, incentives, and fleet programs
Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience from first contact to delivery
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred but not nevessary (automotive or B2B sales is a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable networking with business owners and decision-makers
Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
