
Full Time Senior Leasing Agent

About Us: Ingram & Associates Real Estate Co. is a locally owned and operated Real Estate and Property Management company proudly servicing over 600 rental properties throughout the Tri-Cities area. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and career-minded Leasing Agent to join our professional and friendly team.
Position Summary: As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our property management services. Responsibilities include showing properties to prospective tenants, processing rental applications, coordinating lease agreements, and maintaining positive tenant relations.
Leasing Agent / Front Desk Duties and Responsibilities 1. Tenant and Resident Services
Greet residents, tenants, and visitors promptly and professionally.
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide information regarding available properties, leasing terms, and community amenities.
Assist current residents with service requests, concerns, and general questions.
Maintain positive tenant relations to promote resident satisfaction and retention.
2. Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, applications, and lease documents.
Process Incoming Applications for properties and insuring all information is correct & Accurate.
Update property management software and databases with current information.
Collect rent payments, fees, and deposits; issue receipts as necessary.
Generate reports on occupancy, applications, and leasing activity for management review.
Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and office organization.
3. Professionalism
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Exhibit professional communication and demeanor at all times.
Represent the company positively in all interactions with tenants, vendors, and prospects.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
1-3 years of Leasing Experience (Required)
Microsoft and Excel Experience (Preferred)

Effective Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear explanations of lease terms, policies, and procedures.
