Client Support & Travel Assistance

Deliver excellent customer service to clients who are planning travel

Help research and coordinate travel options such as cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotel stays

Answer client questions and provide helpful travel-related information

Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and important travel details

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings

Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information

Provide assistance to clients both before and after their travel

Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication abilities

The ability to work independently in a remote setting

Comfort using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools

Strong organization and attention to detail

A positive attitude and professional communication style

Previous experience in customer service or travel is helpful, but not required.
