Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 500+ unit residential portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to resident satisfaction. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high tenant satisfaction and retention Coordinate tenant issues, maintenance requests, and lease renewals with the office and leasing teams Supervise building staff, including superintendents, porters, and maintenance personnel Hire, train, and manage staff performance Oversee property maintenance, inspections, and overall building conditions Manage vendors and contractors and address safety concerns proactively Assist with rent collection, non-payment enforcement, and invoice approvals Ensure compliance with all housing regulations and maintain accurate records
