Overview Starting May 11th, TEKsystems (an Allegis Group company) seeks Call Center Representatives for its Viewer Experience team in San Antonio, TX. The role is a contract‑to‑hire position and will be fully onsite for the first 90 days, after which the employee may work remotely.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to viewers via phone and/or chat regarding account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic navigation of the site and applications.

Skills & Qualifications

24/7 call center open shifts from 6 AM to 10 PM (typically a later schedule) and one weekend day.

High school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in customer service.

Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, high standards of written communication (punctuation, grammar, spelling).

Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation skills.

Positive, adaptive attitude; ready to switch gears to meet the needs of viewers and team.

Effective professional communication skills.

Robust time management skills to ensure productivity aligns with department standards.

Compensation Pay: $17.75 per hour. Pay range: $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
