ical Consultant

specializing in Finance Support to provide contractor site reachback for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO). This position provides financial management expertise for studies and analysis tasks, manpower analysis, and acquisition support. This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel to government sites. Responsibilities

Acquisition Financial Support: Provide financial management expertise for acquisition planning

Develop cost estimates for programs and contracts Support budget analysis and financial planning Assist in financial aspects of acquisition strategies Manpower Analysis: Conduct financial analysis for manpower requirements Support resource allocation and cost modeling Develop cost estimates for workforce planning Prepare financial comparisons and trade-off analyses Financial Tracking & Reporting: Maintain financial data and tracking systems Prepare financial status reports Support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development Track and report on financial performance Programmatic Support: Support financial aspects of Studies & Analysis tasks Assist in cost-benefit analyses Provide financial expertise for decision analysis Support business case development Cost Analysis: Review financial aspects of proposals and modifications Conduct cost reasonableness assessments Support cost estimate development Analyze funding requirements and availability

Qualifications

Minimum Experience: Citizenship:

Must be a US citizen Clearance:

Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Years of Experience:

5 years of DoD financial management experience Additional experience: Knowledge of DoD financial management systems and processes Understanding of acquisition cost estimating Familiarity with FAR/DFARS cost principles Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in remote environment Preferred Experience: Education:

Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Years of Experience:
