
Retail Leasing Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Retail Lease Administrator with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities
Review and summarize lease documents, entering financial, legal, and operational details into the internal property management system (Yardi, MRI, or similar).
Keep all lease‑related paperwork organized and up to date, including new agreements, renewals, amendments, transfers, and terminations.
Maintain a calendar of important lease milestones such as expirations, renewal options, rent bumps, kick‑out rights, and any other critical dates that impact occupancy.
Work closely with accounting to confirm rent schedules, CAM and operating expense pass‑throughs, percentage rent, and ensure accurate billing.
Monitor tenant sales reporting requirements, follow up when needed, and process incoming sales data in a timely manner.
Assist tenants and internal teams by answering questions about lease terms, documentation requirements, and compliance obligations.
Support internal audits by ensuring lease files are complete, consistent, and aligned with company standards.
Prepare updates and reports on lease activity, upcoming expirations, occupancy trends, co‑tenancy considerations, and financial impacts for property and asset management teams.
Experience
3+ years of retail leasing experience
Compensation $80,000-100,000/yr, depending on experience.
