**Job Title: Commercial Electrician**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Commercial Electrician, where you will contribute to both new builds and service work in the commercial construction industry. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and testing electrical components, including wiring, conduit, EMT Raceways, voltages, control panels, and switchboards. Your work will involve interpreting blueprints, drawings, and schematics to perform in-wall and underground electrical work.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, repair, and test electrical components such as wiring, conduit, EMT Raceways, voltages, control panels, and switchboards.
+ Work off blueprints, drawings, and schematics to perform in-wall and underground electrical work.
+ Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and conduit running.
+ Conduct panel wiring and panel building.
+ Terminate and work with electrical raceways.
+ Troubleshoot and repair control panels and electrical components.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-7+ years of experience in the commercial electrical space.
+ 3-7+ years of experience pulling wire and bending/running conduit or pipe.
+ 3-7+ years of experience with panel wiring and panel building.
+ 3-7+ years of experience with electrical components and parts performing installations and repairs.
+ Ability to work off blueprints and electrical schematics.
+ Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and voltage distribution.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to use hand and power tools.
+ Ability to follow blueprints and wiring schematics.
+ Ability to repair panels, wiring, and piping.
+ Ability to test voltages and trace power distribution.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
