Position Summary
The Graphics Project Coordinator is responsible for initiating pre‑press workflows, managing packaging artwork changes, and ensuring timely and accurate movement of graphic components through the client Esko WebCenter system. This role coordinates high‑volume graphic project activity, supports cross‑functional communication, and drives timelines to support production schedules.

to set up and manage artwork project workflows Track, organize, and prioritize project steps to support achievable and accurate timelines Escalate risks or delays proactively to stakeholders Partner with graphics, pre‑press, and print vendors to keep projects on track Support continuous improvement to optimize graphics workflow efficiency
Reviewing incoming artwork/graphics change requests Entering and setting up projects in Esko WebCenter Participating in status meetings and reporting project progress Managing a large workload while balancing urgent requests
Graphics experience and general professional work experience Strong project management skills Proficiency with
Microsoft Windows
and
Adobe Acrobat Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of work Familiarity with the
Adobe Suite
(Illustrator, Photoshop) Flexible film manufacturing Software & Tools Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Adobe Suite
(Acrobat required; Illustrator/Photoshop preferred)
