HTA Consultant (EMEA)

to support client projects across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, with a strong focus on

market access, health technology assessment (HTA), and payer-related topics . About the Role

As a Consultant EMEA, you'll contribute to client engagements focused on health technology assessment outcomes and reimbursement decision intelligence. This involves delivering structured analytical projects across all therapeutic areas, with a primary focus on oncology, working on engagements such as multi-market HTA landscape assessments, key driver analyses, payer acceptability evaluations, and JCA PICO predictions, always closely collaborating with senior project leads and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements, challenges, and market access questions; Support the development of proposals, methodologies, and client solutions; Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses related to HTA, reimbursement, and payer decision-making; Develop structured documentation, reports, and analytical outputs; Design and contribute to client presentations tailored to different stakeholder audiences; Deliver high-quality client deliverables within established consulting frameworks; Build expertise in consulting methodologies and life sciences markets through active project involvement; Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams across the EMEA region; Support project execution under the guidance of Senior Consultants or Engagement Managers. Qualifications and Experience

At least Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus) 3–5 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting, market access, HTA, or related fields Experience working on market access and HTA projects Familiarity with payer and HTA agencies in one or more of the following regions: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, China Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in project teams and across functions Solid understanding of business processes and decision-making in healthcare and life sciences Background at payer agencies, HTA bodies, or market access organizations Experience within healthcare or strategy consulting environments Exposure to reimbursement processes, value dossiers, or pricing strategies Interested?
