
Leasing Agent
RTE Property Group, Bozeman, MT, United States
RTE Property Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. This role supports leasing, resident relations, and daily administrative operations for properties in the Greater Gallatin Valley area, while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage leasing activities, including showings, applications, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs
Maintain accurate unit availability, pricing, and online listings
Communicate professionally with residents, applicants, vendors, and internal teams
Respond to resident questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
Conduct property inspections and support lease compliance efforts
Assist with resident retention initiatives and events
Stay informed on market conditions and support occupancy goals
Use property management software (AppFolio) to track leasing and move-in activity
Support property managers and assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
Montana Property Manager License (Preferred or within 90 days of hire)
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide strong customer service
Willingness to learn, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
$22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
20 PTO days + 6 holidays (annually)

Physical Requirements
Ability to work indoors/outdoors, stand and walk regularly, and lift up to 40 lbs
