Job Overview This full-time, temporary role starts on April 1, 2026, and ends in October 2026. Reporting to the Executive Director of Community Relations, the role focuses on supporting corporate social impact initiatives in the US. Responsibilities include enhancing employee engagement through volunteering and donations, aiding in grants management, conducting nonprofit assessments, managing communications, and tracking team activities.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement:

Coordinate and execute employee engagement and volunteer activities, collaborating with staff, managers, and nonprofit partners.

Manage key engagement programs like volunteer campaigns, donation drives, and global service days.

Maintain and update volunteer opportunities in the engagement platform, tracking employee participation.

Oversee the cultural benefits program, manage relationships with partner institutions, and address employee queries.

Perform due diligence on nonprofits involved in volunteer or philanthropic efforts.

Prepare and distribute departmental communications via emails, intranet, and social media.

Monitor and respond to team inbox inquiries promptly.

Philanthropy:

Assist in managing the employee matching gift program, volunteer grants, and corporate donations.

Help process grant applications, generate reports, and liaise with applicants, nonprofits, and vendors.

Pay Rate Up to $39.00 per hour

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of related experience.

Experience in matching gift programs, volunteer engagement, event management, or communications collaboration preferred.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to clearly summarize information.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; advanced skills are a plus.

Familiarity with YourCause/CSR Connect and Blackbaud Grantmaking software is preferred.

Interest in corporate social impact and knowledge of nonprofit sectors.
