A client in Florida, is seeking to hire a
Customer Service Agent
with personal/commercial lines experience to join their LaBelle office. This person will service and support our existing client base while identifying opportunities for account rounding and cross‑selling. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate policy records, and supporting a collaborative team environment. This candidate must have an active Florida Property & Casualty License (220 or 440 required). This is a direct hire and fully in office opportunity. Responsibilities
Service all aspects of existing personal lines policies, including policy changes, endorsements, and coverage adjustments Educate clients on their policies and answer coverage-related questions clearly and confidently Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when appropriate Rewrite policies due to non‑renewals or cancellations as needed Handle underwriting requests for established accounts Cross‑sell additional lines of business to existing clients (e.g., auto, home, boat) Assist walk‑in clients and support in‑office service needs Qualifications
Active Florida Property & Casualty license (220 or 440 required) 3+ years of experience quoting, writing, and servicing personal lines policies (home, auto, and boat) Experience working with Applied EPIC agency management system
