Mature Allure is seeking a dynamic
YouTube Producer
to elevate our video content and engage our audience of women navigating life after 40. This is a
contract position , offering the flexibility to manage projects while delivering high-quality video content.
Role Summary As a YouTube Producer, you will own the end-to-end production process—from ideation to post-production and performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with the podcast producer and social media teams to produce polished videos that resonate with our audience, drive engagement, and grow our YouTube presence. This role requires someone who can balance creative innovation with data-driven strategy.
Responsibilities Content Strategy & Ideation:
Developing new video concepts for existing videos and brainstorming.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in video editing software.
Post-Production & Publishing:
Editing videos, managing assets (thumbnails, captions), and optimizing for YouTube SEO.
Analytics & Growth:
Monitoring performance metrics to iterate on content strategy.
Analytical Skills:
Understanding of YouTube Studio analytics and audience retention metrics.
Creative Direction:
Strong storytelling and visual storytelling capabilities.
Organization:
Proven project management abilities to meet strict deadlines.
