Responsibilities
Manage intake, triage, and tracking of creative asset requests and workflows
Coordinate asset delivery and publishing processes across teams
Track assets throughout the full lifecycle across multiple formats
Ensure assets are properly licensed, documented, and distributed
Partner with Creative and Engineering to support CMS implementation and maintenance
Requirements
5–7 years of experience managing delivery of creative assets across formats (photo, video, audio, etc.)
Experience with asset management systems and CMS platforms
Strong project coordination and ability to manage high volumes of deliverables
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, engineering, and operations teams
