Customer Service & Sales Representative (Warm Leads | No Cold Calling)

The Penso Agency is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to handle life and health insurance inquiries from clients who have already requested information.

No cold calling. No prospecting.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with performance-based compensation and structured mentorship.

Step-by-step sales system and ongoing mentorship

Support to obtain your Life & Health license

CRM and operational support

Compensation This is a 100% performance-based position.

Experienced producers may earn $110,000–$175,000+ annually depending on production.

Income varies based on activity and results. There is no cap.

Respond to inbound insurance inquiries

Follow up and close business

Participate in training and team development

Qualifications

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Comfortable in a performance-based environment

Willing to obtain a Life & Health license (support provided)

This role is best suited for professionals who prefer income tied directly to performance rather than a fixed base salary.
