PowerPhyl is looking for a Digital Media Planner. They will be a member of a creative, rigorous, and nimble group that is dedicated to developing powerful, cutting‑edge, media, marketing, and audience development strategies.
Role Description
This is a full‑time role for a Digital Media Planner, based in Manhattan, NY. The Digital Media Planner will be responsible for developing and executing media plans, crafting effective media strategies, performing in‑depth research, and analyzing campaign data to optimize performance. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Media Planning and Media Strategy Solid knowledge of Digital Strategy and Research methodologies Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data Proficiency with media planning and analytics tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Detail‑oriented with strong organizational capabilities Experience in the Gaming, Entertainment, or Non‑Profit sectors is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field Responsibilities
Assist with ongoing campaigns, track performance, and continually optimize to client’s KPIs. Work alongside Team Lead to put together executive summaries of media campaigns, overall analytics, web user trends, and recommendations to present to the clients on a regular basis. Assist in defining marketing campaign KPIs and tracking the effects of our media efforts to provide strategic recommendations on how to optimize marketing and media initiatives. Develop and maintain audience profiles and overall benchmarks for each client, based on analytics and customer research. Online research initiatives to better understand current and future audiences. Assist on keeping the agency current on the latest trends in media. Present these opportunities and strategies within the company and to the clients is a big plus.
