Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our boutique showroom in St. Charles, IL. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and driven- capable of working independently while thriving in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Meet with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget
Create detailed kitchen and bath designs using 2020 Design Software
Take accurate field measurements at job sites
Develop layouts, cabinetry plans, and material selections
Prepare quotes, proposals, and project documentation
Place and manage material orders
Guide projects from initial consultation through final installation
Confidently present designs and close sales in a high-end market
What We're Looking For
5 years of experience in kitchen and bath design
Proficiency in 2020 Design and Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of semi-custom cabinetry specifications and ordering process
Ability to work independently, manage your own projects, and take initiative
Strong interpersonal and sales skills with the confidence to close jobs
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Willingness to visit job sites and take field measurements
Schedule and Work Environment
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Based in our St Charles showroom
Some remote flexibility available
Compensation & Growth
