If you’ve got the goods and you’re up for the challenge, read on.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll manage client relationships, partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy, and use their deep CRM and digital knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables.Day to day, your role includes:Eloquently articulating our views on digital business philosophies, keeping clients up to date on industry contextSelling new project ideas that align with client goals, both customer and brandAbility to bring siloed efforts and teams together for a cohesive approach and aligned strategyMaintaining a strong understanding of changes in the client’s industry and how customer needs are adaptingContinually inspiring clients with strong storytelling skills – you’re engaging, thoughtful, and compellingEstablishing credibility and strong relationships through consultative selling and idea generationOwning the financials for clients, including forecasts, budgets, and investments – ensuring that key financial responsibilities are mutually understood and agreed uponDriving and overseeing multiple ongoing projects while delivering seamlessly across various efforts and prioritiesAbility to work autonomously while driving clarity and direction in an ambiguous environmentDeveloping team members by coaching, training, and identifying areas for growth – you’ll offer direct and consistent feedback and encourage your team to learn from mistakesWillingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces, and new ideasQualificationsWe’re looking for a talented VP/Account Director with impressive work experience, which typically includes:Four years of college education, MBA degree, and 10 to 12 years of experience (ideally at a creative agency), including four years of leadership experience in integrated marketing and client relationship management with a digital scopeSuperior analytical skills and strategic thinking – you’re strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data as you are at reading clientsSuperb communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward, engaging, and effectiveEffective time-management, impeccable organization, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changesProven project management and performance management skills – you’re known for your ability to coach and develop talent, inspire and drive change, and bring varied groups together to collaborate effectivelyDemonstrated budget management and resource planning experienceFamiliarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generationGot the sparkle? This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
