About the Role They are seeking a Commercial Roofing & Construction Estimator to support preconstruction efforts and help drive accurate, competitive bids. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing, renovation, and construction projects Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs for roofing and general construction scopes Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Collaborate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies Assist with bid submissions, proposals, and scope reviews Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients Qualifications Must have commercial roofing experience (hands-on or estimating) Experience estimating commercial construction and/or renovation projects strongly preferred 2+ years (Junior) or 5+ years (Senior) estimating experience Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, modified bitumen, etc.) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs Proficiency with estimating software and Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and team collaboration Required Skills Commercial roofing experience Estimating experience in commercial construction and/or renovation Knowledge of roofing systems Ability to read construction drawings Proficiency in estimating software and Excel Attention to detail Communication skills Preferred Skills 5+ years estimating experience (Senior) Experience with a variety of roofing systems Pay range and compensation package Competitive base salary based on experience.
