That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employeesAs a B2B Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for long-term planning of acquisition brand and creative strategy for T-Mobile's Micro Business Internet products and segments. This role will work closely with cross functional internal support teams to identify scope and campaign roadmap needs for the business. Using insights from current and past campaigns this role will adapt and develop marketing strategies that align to company priorities and deliver on commercial and brand objectives. Strategic partnership with commercial, product marketing, creative, media and analytics is important. An understanding of the evolving B2B ISP/Telecommunications space and the ability to articulate and positively orchestrate complex marketing plans across multiple channels and teams are critical for success. Leveraging research, insights, competitive intel and segmentation data this position will work with channel and product leads to foresee challenges and creative solutions. This opportunity is a challenging and exciting role for a marketing professional with a passion for building comprehensive plans designed to increase long term key objectives.This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesDevelop marketing planning calendars and timelines in conjunction with other broadband marketing teams and shared resources leading to creative needs scoping and budgetsLeverage data, analytics and segmentation to find opportunities and insights and translate needs into executable integrated creative and brand strategy plansLeads competitive intelligence brand strategy for Broadband products working closely with Research and Commercial marketing teamsPartners with internal creative teams and agencies on creation of world-class communications and collateral that speaks to the audience and campaign objectivesAlso responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as neededKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesSolid understanding of digital marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc. Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is critical.Experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc.Campaign leadership skills - end to end campaign development including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel/omni-channel environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field of study; Master's/Advanced degree preferred. or, combination of education and experience deemed equivalent3 years of marketing experience in authoring and implementing national integrated marketing plans with recognized B2C brands2 years experience with delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in executionSolid understanding of digital brand marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc.Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is essentialExceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc.At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesBase Pay Range: $88,200 - $159,
