Are you an experienced Estimator with a passion for high-end residential construction? We’re working with a leading General Contractor based in Miami, FL, specializing in luxury custom homes including waterfront estates, beachfront villas, and multi-million-dollar mansions. This is an opportunity to be part of a company known for delivering exceptional craftsmanship on some of South Florida’s most prestigious residential projects.
The Role As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the preconstruction process, working closely with leadership, architects, and clients to deliver accurate and competitive cost estimates for luxury residential builds.
Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-end residential projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Develop budgets and cost plans from concept through to construction Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Requirements Proven experience as an Estimator within a General Contractor Strong background in luxury residential construction (custom homes, waterfront properties, villas, or mansions) Ability to manage estimates for high-value projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing in South Florida Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
