Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12 years of expertise in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into effective solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and use case documents Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables Identify process improvements and recommend solutions Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions Manage change requests and requirement traceability Mentor junior business analysts Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, IT, or related field 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience in domain areas (Banking, Healthcare, Retail, etc.) Knowledge of SQL for data analysis Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications Exposure to data analysis and reporting Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent presentation and documentation abilities Critical thinking and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
