Production Integration Specialist

The Pratt & Whitney Oklahoma City Heavy Maintenance Center (HMC) Production Integration Specialist will support the alignment of planning, scheduling, and aftermarket production coordination activities to facilitate efficient disassembly, repair, and assembly at the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility. This role integrates tasks from Engineering Planning, Master Scheduling, and Aftermarket Production Coordination to ensure accurate workscope implementation, smooth production flow, and clear communication across the value stream in support of the production delivery schedule. What You Will Do: Implement customer workscope into work control documents for engines, modules, and parts. Load and maintain customer engine data in SAP and ensure data integrity in all applicable systems. Support configuration, modification, and maintenance-level accuracy through coordination with engineering and customer teams. Monitor assigned modules or engines through gated systems and maintain progress tracking to identify barriers and forecast completion. Assist in maintaining appropriate shop WIP levels using SAP, program databases, and Microsoft Office tools. Communicate schedule priorities and production requirements to LPM, Operations, Materials, Quality, and Partnership. Support daily and long-term production planning by providing updated schedule status and identifying potential schedule risks. Update production status boards and provide accurate content for production meetings. Document work-stops and inefficiencies using turnback processes. Participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce systemic issues affecting production efficiency and product quality. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution with 5+ years of production, aircraft maintenance and planning/scheduling experience, OR Master's degree in a technical discipline with 3+ years of production, aircraft maintenance and planning/scheduling experience. At least 3 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Ability to work 1st shift (07001600) with flexibility for additional hours throughout the week and weekend as needed. Qualifications We Prefer: Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applicable to production and workflow challenges. Ability to maintain effective working relationships across production, engineering, and logistics environments. Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
