The Role
As a Senior Billing Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving escalated billing issues, driving process improvements, and ensuring revenue integrity across the organization. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support — making this role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and resolve high-level billing issues and discrepancies
- Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards
- Reconcile accounts and transactions across Salesforce and NetSuite
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Billing or Revenue Specialist
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
