What Youll Do:

- Support & Assistance: Guide clients through policy applications and renewals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Client Relations: Address inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions to support excellent service and organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but were happy to train the right candidate!
