As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
- Build strong relationships with clients and follow up for service, renewals, and referrals
- Engage in community outreach and networking events
- Receive one-on-one mentorship from a seasoned agency leader
- Enjoy the support of a collaborative, multilingual office
- Use a company-provided car for client appointments and business travel
- Company Car Provided for business-related travel

Experienced Professionals:
- State Farm experience desired, Company Car and Competitive Salary
- Proven success in sales, customer service, or account management
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (or willing to obtain)
- Self-driven and eager to grow within a reputable agency
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred
- Valid Drivers License (required for use of company vehicle)
- Must pass background and licensing checks
- Bilingual (Polish, Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian) a strong plus
- Tech-savvy: able to navigate CRM systems, quoting tools, and online platforms
- Full-time position (MondayFriday)
- Occasional evenings or weekends for community events or client appointments
- Office-based with flexibility for field appointments and remote outreach tasks
