Service and Sales Plumber

Rosenberg Indoor Comfort is hiring a full-time Service and Sales Plumber to take care of residential customers and sell additional services to optimize their plumbing systems. WHAT ARE WE OFFERING OUR SERVICE AND SALES PLUMBERS?

• Ability to earn $75,000 - $150,000 per year
• Competitive base pay and commission potential
• Consistent Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• TX state master, journeyman, or tradesman plumbing license
• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Sales experience or knowledge - non-negotiable
• Valid TX driver's license with a clean driving record (no DWIs within the past 5 years)
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Clear and professional communication skills

As our Service and Sales Plumber, you'll be responsible for completing exceptional work, building lasting customer relationships, and driving sales by recommending additional plumbing upgrades, services, and replacements. You'll visit customers' homes, speak with them about their system's issues, and answer any questions. After diagnosing the source of any problems, you'll explain the situation to the customer and encourage them to purchase relevant upgrades. You'll fix any problems, replace faulty parts, and get the system back in optimal running condition.
