Regional Commercial Sales Manager – Northern Territory

We are partnering with a design-driven U.S. importer and distributor of engineered hardwood and resilient flooring to identify a Regional Commercial Sales Manager to support continued growth across the East Coast, with a preferred base in the Baltimore Washington corridor.

Position Overview:

This is a field-focused role supporting distribution partners, specification activity, and commercial project development throughout the region. This individual will serve as the regional subject matter expert for a portfolio of engineered wood and resilient flooring solutions used across retail, hospitality, and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a large network of distributor representatives across the Northeast and Southeast
  • Promote specification of commercial wood and resilient flooring solutions
  • Conduct product education presentations (lunch and learns)
  • Drive product specification within the A&D community
  • Build relationships with architects, designers, end users, and ownership groups
  • Partner closely with internal leadership to grow regional market share
  • Serve as the technical and design-focused expert in the field
  • Multi-state travel required

  • Ability to influence others without ego and build long-term trust
