Position Summary:

The Sales Manager will serve as the primary trainer and mentor for the sales department, responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team. This role includes managing performance against clearly defined KPIs, utilizing CRM tools to track results, and conducting ride-alongs as needed to provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Why Apply:

· Base Salary: $75,000 - 100,000+ (Commensurate with experience).

· Bonus Program: up to an additional $50-$75k bonus (KPIs are based on meeting company metrics)
