We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our growing Allstate agency, serving clients across Indiana and Illinois. This is not an order-taking or quoting-only role. This position is built for a consultative sales professional who can guide conversations, recommend appropriate coverage, and confidently ask for the sale.


Our agency operates across three locations and continues to expand. We provide a steady flow of opportunities through inbound inquiries, paid leads, referrals, and winback campaignscombined with proven systems and ongoing coaching to support your success.


This is a performance-driven environment where individuals who are proactive, disciplined, and growth-minded thrive. You will be expected to take ownership of your pipeline, follow a structured sales process, and continuously develop your skills.


Top performers in this role leverage both the provided opportunities and their own initiative to build strong pipelines and long-term client relationships.


This position offers a base salary plus a competitive, uncapped commission structure. Our outside sales producers working primarily with paid leads average approximately $90,000 annually between base and commission, with additional upside for high performers.

Responsibilities

Sales & Production

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, cross-sales, and community networking
  • Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews and risk assessments
  • Present tailored protection plans aligned with client needs
  • Confidently ask for the sale and assume the close
  • Meet or exceed agency production goals
  • Maintain required Indiana and/or Illinois insurance licenses

Client Experience

  • Deliver a best-in-class consultative experience
  • Educate customers on risk, coverage gaps, and long-term protection strategies
  • Uphold our agency guarantee: recommend the same coverage you would select for your own family
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance standards

Requirements

Qualifcations

  • Active Property & Casualty License (Indiana required, Illinois optional) - Don't have one? No problem - We can help you get one!
  • Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Technology proficiency
