This is a hands-on position and the ability to safely operate power hand tools is helpful. Training is provided for the completion of cabinet redooring, refacing, and kitchen remodeling projects.

- Perform remodeling tasks for kitchens and bathrooms, including:
- Cabinet installation and adjustments
- Countertop installation and repairs
- Tile work (flooring, backsplash, and shower surrounds)
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Painting, caulking, and sealing
- Plumbing fixture installation (sinks, faucets, toilets, showers)
- Basic electrical work (outlet/switch replacement, light fixture installation)
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and design plans
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on all projects
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Skilled in carpentry, tile setting, plumbing, and light electrical work
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Experience working with a remodeling or construction company
- Professional certifications or trade licenses (a plus but not required)
