Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative (Design + Motion) to join our team and help produce high-volume content while contributing to the expansion of creative ideas across campaigns.

This role is primarily execution-focused (≈75%), responsible for creating daily social and marketing assets across formats. You’ll also contribute creatively (≈25%) by helping extend ideas into scalable content systems and variations.

You will work directly with the Director of Video and collaborate with the Director of Marketing to produce high-performing social content and funnel assets across static and motion.

This is ideal for someone who is strong in execution, eager to grow, and interested in developing campaign-level thinking over time.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Volume Content Creation

Design and produce daily social media assets across static, motion, and video formats. Create ad creatives, thumbnails, and short-form content while developing strong typography-driven designs including headline treatments, kinetic type, and text-forward layouts. Execute quickly while maintaining quality and consistency and produce multiple variations for testing and optimization.

2. Motion & Multimedia Production

Create motion graphics and animations for social, ads, and campaigns. Edit short-form video content and support video initiatives by translating concepts into supporting visual assets across formats.

3. Creative Support & Idea Expansion

Take existing ideas such as campaigns, brand videos, and visual directions and expand them into multiple assets. Help build repeatable content formats and systems while contributing ideas that scale content, not just execute it.

4. Marketing & Funnel Support

Create assets for ads, landing pages, and email while maintaining visual consistency across all marketing channels.

5. Director of Video Support

Work directly with the Director of Video to execute creative direction and iterate quickly based on feedback. Assist in creating motion graphics and visual systems for longer-form, higher-production YouTube content, supporting styles ranging from Vox-style explainers to more edgy editorial storytelling such as Vice or Johnny Harris.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means consistently producing high-quality creative assets at a fast pace while maintaining strong, clear typography across social and motion work. You can take direction and execute efficiently, while gradually developing the ability to expand ideas into multiple assets and formats.
