
Marketing Assistant

Responsible for assistance of the hands‑on and tactical implementation of a variety of programs developed by the Marketing and Creative Services department. Does not have ultimate program decision-making or budgeting authority and does not make strategic decisions; however, is responsible for presenting well thought out plans and recommendations to the Department in certain areas and for executing of a variety of department activities. Supports project and/or production management of a variety of department projects. Supports all aspects of our participation in tradeshows & sponsorships. Provides general marketing support including website(s) updates, database management, marketing program execution, and general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Brand Experience
Support logistical planning, internally and externally, and overseeing all activities and vendors.
Research new items for Brand Storefronts with direction from Marketing, Brand, and Creative team leads, report on inventories and orders, support vendor and PM team members on orders.
Work with other departments (Asset Management/Leasing, Government Services) to develop and maintain accurate mailing list database of prospects and brokers.
Lead ticket requests and distribution of tickets.
Support corporate sponsorships by managing requests. Coordinate with sponsor organizations to provide logos, ads or other marketing materials and coordinate CDP attendance at sponsored events.
Order and distribute all gifts, giveaways, and promotional items as needed.
Source new vendor contacts for tenant experience events.
Other Responsibilities
Maintain up to date library of marketing materials in Marketing and Communications shelves and on Intranet for use by others in the company.
Support board presentation and update Quarterly Supplement materials.
Provide photography support, coordinate scheduling, and onsite support.
Support Quarterly Portfolio Meetings with Asset Managers.
Administrative Support
Administrative support including invoice processing, and all communication and follow up necessary for invoicing, adding vendors, etc.
Manage budget setup and quarterly forecasting. Track expenses, generate budget reports.
Secondary Responsibilities
Support e‑blast marketing programs: meet with team members to assess needs and priorities, maintain e‑mailing lists, schedule campaigns, and track and report results.
Coordinate creation of ads and distribution of logos, banners, or other materials, for corporate contributions commitments.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant discipline.
Professional Experience - Minimum 0–2 years of progressive marketing, communications, and event planning experience.
Computer Skills
Advanced PC skills using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and ability to learn company specific software.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Acrobat preferred.
Experience with databases, graphics programs and files, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management Systems (CMS) systems preferred.
Ability to adapt to new or changing software programs.
Mobility - Occasional travel may be required.
Other Requirements
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Detail‑oriented.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $58,000
