Role Description We’re looking for a business development person who owns the full process, from finding the right targets, mapping the organization, reaching out, running the conversation, and closing deals. The role requires working in a structured way, understanding the product and the buyer, and building a clear path into each organization.
Qualifications Experience selling in defense, robotics, or deep-tech environments
Strong technical awareness (autonomy, UAVs, or complex systems)
Hands‑on use of tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay
Ability to build simple tools or automations (e.g., “vibe coding”, no‑code/low‑code, API‑based workflows)
Highly structured and detail‑oriented
Ability to map organizations and build “relationship trees”
Knows how to create real entry points not just generate leads
Advantage Existing network in VC, defense, or dual‑use ecosystem
Military background (operational, intelligence, or technical units)
Experience in research, analysis, or intelligence roles
