Ladle is the flagship brand for solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of the foodservice and retail industries. Ladle’s innovative ecosystem includes Storewise, MeazureUp, and ComplianceMate—each designed to help operators streamline operations, enhance compliance, and drive profitability. Together, these solutions empower businesses with data-driven insights, automation, and modern technology.
With more than 18,000 locations across North America using its platforms, Ladle helps multi‑location operators achieve operational excellence and scale with confidence.
Overview
Ladle is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own a portfolio of critical customer relationships. This is not a traditional sales role. It is equal parts relationship manager, growth driver, and project manager— and the right person will be equally comfortable in a corporate boardroom and on a site visit with an operations team.
You will be responsible for deepening Ladle's footprint within each account, identifying new opportunities across locations and business units, and ensuring every active program is running on time, on‑spec, and delivering measurable value. You are the face of Ladle to these customers and the voice of these customers back to Ladle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed account plans for your portfolio, including 12‑month revenue targets and expansion milestones
Proactively identify whitespace opportunities within existing customers
Lead business reviews (QBRs) with each account, presenting performance data, program results, and growth recommendations
Negotiate renewals, expansions, and new program agreements in partnership with Ladle's leadership and finance teams
Own the end‑to‑end project management of active programs within your accounts — from signed agreement through successful delivery
Maintain deep, multi‑threaded relationships within accounts — across executive, procurement, operations, and culinary stakeholders.
Proactively communicate status updates, risks, and milestone completions to both the customer and Ladle leadership
Maintain deep, multi-threaded relationships within each account — at the executive, procurement, operations, and culinary levels
Build and maintain relationship maps documenting key stakeholders, decision‑makers, champions, and potential risks
Represent Ladle at customer events, trade shows, and site visits as needed
What Success Looks Like
Consistent revenue growth across your account portfolio, with clear expansion milestones tracked quarterly
Active programs are delivered on time and on‑spec—no surprises for customers and no fire drills internally
Strong, multi-threaded relationships across accounts, with documented champions at both operational and executive levels
QBRs are scheduled, prepared, and delivered proactively — customers view them as valuable and strategic
New opportunities are consistently identified and advanced into pipeline
You are known internally as someone who brings the customer's perspective into every cross‑functional conversation
Qualifications
7+ years of enterprise account management or strategic sales experience, ideally within food service, grocery, CPG, or a related category
Demonstrated track record of growing revenue within large, complex named accounts
Strong project management skills — you have managed multi‑stakeholder programs with real operational complexity and accountability
Comfortable navigating both corporate and franchisee or multi‑unit structures within the same account
Exceptional relationship skills — you build trust quickly, maintain it over time, and know when to push and when to listen
Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills; you can run a tight meeting and write a crisp follow‑up
Direct experience working with enterprise-level national QSR and food service accounts
Familiarity with how large operators evaluate, approve, and onboard suppliers
